$1200 refundable deposit
Kit includes: NewMind Software Platform, 2-channel amplifier, connector cord, electrodes, conductive electrode paste and applicator, skin prep gel, and initial alcohol prep pads.

Insurance
We can take most insurance with proper planning. Here’s what you need to do.
Step 1- Contact your insurance to verify eligibility and any pre-approval requirements.
Step 2 – Fill out all the intake paperwork on our Forms Page.
Step 3 – Email [email protected] a copy of your insurance card (front & back) along with your physical home address, birthdate and the intake paperwork .
Things to consider:
Most insurance companies require participants to meet a deductible before they begin covering your care. It’s important you understand what a deductible is and how yours works. Insurance companies will require a formal diagnosis. Without a qualifying diagnosis your insurance company may decline payment.
